Starting 5/10 locally purchased firearms will have walk in regs.  IDK if the process will change from pre-Covid SOP or not.

Ige's proclamation is still in effect, so if your schedule doesn't permit, there is no need to rush to register.

Wonder when permits are next. 

Interesting.  My opinion is they won't allow walk-ins for PTA's because if they do, then the walk-in registration will get swamped.

Maybe it's their way of easing slowly back to how it was before.  It's a start.

I heard someone called and asked HPD.  They're starting both permits and registration on May 10.

Still wondering if it’s legit since I just picked up a permit yesterday and they told me no.  My brother is picking up a permit Tuesday and we’ll see if something maybe has changed.

By the current info given, this is for registration only.  So keep your PTA.

Got it duly noted.  I hope they do open up walk ins, it’s a cumbersome process even without the appointment system.

Anyone hear anything about maui pd doing the same?

Was told today, walk ins for reg only. 50 per day they gonna do.

Now that it is safe to register can we sue for the process to acquire?  Happy to contribute to the cause but if we are ever going to get the processes removed now is the time no?
