Erik Prince wants to privatize the US military. He runs the modern equivalent of the Praetorian Guard, and would probably stage a military coup on our government the first chance he gets.

He does not want out of Afghanistan. He wants to stay there and have his overpriced corporate mercenaries massacre the citizens forever.

The withdrawal looks more like another attempt at Pottery Barn Rules that Powell warned about.

Trump blasted Joe Biden for abruptly running out of Afghanistan. 

“What a disgrace it will be when the Taliban raises their flag over America’s Embassy in Kabul,” Trump said. “This is complete failure through weakness, incompetence, and total strategic incoherence.”

Considering that Biden is Jimmy Carter 2.0, I wouldnt be surprised if the US Embassy get over run and the State Dept employees end up being taken hostage. last word I heard is there are 10K Americans still in country and the Taliban is literally 30 mins away. Taliban leaders already warned Biden that if there are air strikes they will rush the capitol with 10,000 troops.

Taliban is bluffing,  I'd say bomb the living fuck out of them back to the stone ages.  We have troops in the area to defend against them.  Not like the Taliban can defeat us.

Biden completely left out the fact that military commanders lied to Trump about remaining troop strengths in Syria.  How do we know they haven't done the same for other regions?

At this point, I don't trust anything that's reported from our government.

As for what Biden said, I don't think we can believe anything he publicly states.  Anything he says is to be taken in the context of a mentally incompetent liar.
