Veggie-burger is an oxymoron, just like jumbo shrimp and swordfish steak.

It's easy to see how words are easily appropriated for things that don't fit the definition, just like trans-woman.

Make sure you get the polish sausage at Costco.  I've been buying those in the meat section there and using low carb tortillas for a wrap with sugar-free ketchup.

Tasty!   :geekdanc:  :shaka:

My kid took my SUV and failed to secure the board firmly.
The thing flew off the roof rack and sustained a massive ding from a guard rail along Kunia Road.
This was years ago. Now I'm curious to know what ever became of that board.

I love how the state workers hand painted the 92 on the Nimitz exit sign. I’m sure the Feds would love to know that that’s how the interstate money is being used. It makes us look like a bunch of children pretending to be a state.

When I was still working I forgot to secure some 2" PVC conduit to the rack of my work truck.  Driving down H2 from Schofield to Mililani after work I saw something on the side of my truck on the road and it was keeping up with my truck.

It was 2 pieces of PVC pipe that fell off the truck and was skipping alongside of my truck, keeping up with me as if saying "Hey dumbass, you forgot to tie us down....."

I'm just glad I didn't cause an accident and the pipes eventually skipped off the road to where I could eventually retrieve them.

Today is World UFO Day

OMG!  Now we have to observe days designated by "the World??"

Who's in charge of that?

Happy 233rd Birthday!

For more than two centuries, the men and women of the Coast Guard have safeguarded our shores and ensured we are "Always Ready."

National Purple Heart Day

Which brings to mind our 100th Infantry Bn.
There are only a handful of survivors left.
They never sought much fame or recognition.
I helped them put up a small display at thè last 2 gun shows.
I'll bet most of you wàlked right past it.
