That's not been decided in a court of law yet.

Immunity normally has limitations, such as negligence and intentional disregard for safety.

Something tells me a lot of corners were cut just to get to the EUA.

Cause why not?  Even a 0.1% less chance to die or suffer effects I'll take.  I know the vaccine effects are far less than covid so its a no brainer.   

Also I don't work from home.

There is no study,  I am purely going off of the 1st and 2nd doses.  Unless more info is put out disproving my theory.  Though I have not looked into the current test phase they are doing on the 3rd dose.
