If there was concensus between government and scientists. Yes I would. One biased study/s does not count. You would have to factor all scenarios. For home defense, defense of country, Hobby. Then correlate that with my ownership and possibilities. What chance does a criminal stand to defeat locks, condo security, and a safe. Also a criminal stealing guns and using them is no fault of my own. It would be like if someone stole covid viles and used it as a bio weapon. Vs my ability to cluelessly spread covid. Last time I checked is impossible to clueless spread bullets.
Good luck. Covid was a much easier study.
U stated if a vaxx helps 0.01% its a no brainer. So im just redirecting that same train of thought for gun safety. It doesnt matter what security you have. There is always a chance.
It isnt 1 biased study, try many. They pop up every legislative session. And there is a concensus. Read every anti 2a bill presented. Its usually in the first few pages/paragraphs.
U state home defense, what about the others who may get hurt by your stolen guns? Don't they have rights to be safe?
1 can cluelessly spread bullets. 2 days ago, an ewa man had a negligence discharge while cleaning his gun. The bullet went into his neighbors bathroom. If used for self defense, do u have 100% concrete? Zero windows or drywall or wood? Doesn't others have the right to be safe from your use for self defense and if u miss the bad guy?
Do u see the faulty logic in your vaxx mentality if used similarly to firearms? Goal post moved to "factor in scenerios". This is a rhetorical question and my point was made. There is no need to reply as this has now gone off topic.
