If the vaccinated are allowed to do certain things while the unvaxxed are recommended not to.  Obviously there is a difference in how each side is "treated". 
The vaccine and the government has had a clear message,  faster we get vaxxed faster we return to normalcy.  Because there is a direct correlation to vaccines and less risk to get infected and infect others.  Those who are not vaxxed should not return to normalcy because they are still a risk.  Hence   "The point of the vaccine is to allow you to interact with everyone else.  Unvaxxed are the ones who should be isolated."
