A QR code if you use the state app. Easy to verify.  All vaccine cards are very similar if not exactly the same.   Just validate it just like any other card.  For example a drivers license.   Shouldn't be that hard to implement and enforce.

This could also be a possibility.  Like 808GC posted their policy due to the mandate.  But whether they really look at the card, pic, or state upload is a different story.

Like folks with fall protection and the tie off is on their hip.

Was same in DC when I was there about 6 weeks ago.  For much of the area near the Nationals' field, where many restaurants and bars were, didn't see anyone wearing a mask.  Almost forgot about COVID for a while there.
