Soros like Gates and all of their ilk are part of what I always referred to as the Power Okole / ultrawealthy that are the real oligarchs that control the US empire.

Russia and China are the only two nations economically, politically, and militarily that can prevent the US empire from their global domination, population control, etc. agenda.  Hence, it is no surprise through their collective and indirect control of US imperial propaganda that Soros, himself, decries for the open and blatant elimination/assassination of the leaders of both Russia and China.

If nothing else, his call for regime change in Russia and China is just reinforcement of the US imperial mantra: Russia is bad; Trump, Putin, & Xi are evil; and China is next on the hit list.
