So, we should have let 500,000 to 1M allied soldiers, sailors and airmen die trying to invade and combat Japan?

And don't pretend we were bombing a country that wasn't itself committing war crimes in massive numbers.  How long would that have gone on if they hadn't been defeated?  WWI and WWII were basically one event for Japan.  Their crimes spanned decades.

If you have an hour or so, maybe read through this summary:

Japanese war crimes
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_war_crimes

The surprise attack on Pearl Harbor while pretending they were seeking diplomatic relations with the US is a glaring example of what they believed in.  They talked a big game about honor, but when it came to warfare, they employed any means necessary no matter how criminal or dishonorable.

I know you are going to disagree with this but it's worth saying anyway.

FDR enticed the Japanese into attacking Pearl Harbor. He needed an event to pull us into the war because Americans didn't want anything to do with it.

(sound familiar? cough cough Gulf of Tonkin, 911, Ukraine, rinse, repeat, etc)

As far as the invasion goes it's helpful to imagine the situation was switched and someone nuked two US cities.

I don't know about you but an act like that would make me want to give it to the foreign invaders twice as hard, and the Japanese were definitely not cowards.

They were already offering terms of surrender (which Truman initially rejected, dropped the nukes, then accepted) because by then it was abundantly clear it was unwise to continue.

Using American tractors!
BTW I caught this jewel from another "fake" press that is more reliable than
the USA press;

This is a civil war and we have no business getting involved.
We don't need to get involved in Domestic disputes.
This isn't Kuwait.

I did notice that when 911 happened, George Dubya didn't look a bit surprised either.

The down side of studying the play book is that the world becomes a lot more dynamic and confusing place, but when your nation starts handing out cups of Flavor-Aid for ritual mass suicide you’re a lot less likely to drink it.

The major story that is covered up by all the Ukraine nonsense is the invasion of our southern borders.
These are our replacement workers meant to drive down wages so that the elites can continue to live in relative comfort.
If you are a clueless elite this makes perfect sense, but the historical parallels paint a much more grim picture.

I'm no micro-expression expert, but that looks like "surprise" to me.  I might even go as far as to say it looks like "shock."

I mean how does 1 react to that.  There's vid of him getting the 1st message as he was reading the books to the kids. Then the 2nd plane hit and he got that message. Both times someone whispered into his ear.  Since he was in front kids, he kept cool and didn't panic. Which I give him props for.  As the leader of the USA, he has to keep cool.

Best vid is of him at the border talking abotu all the new fencing and high tech cameras. Then a group of people hop the wall and get chased in the background of his interview.

How is that in any way tied to his reaction to 9-11?  Or his reaction to anything?

False Flag Warning!  Biden's warning that Russia will use chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine means the US empire is preparing such an event to blame Putin.

That's not fair; we were only taking orders from the US empire to impose economic sanctions to your country!      :wtf:

US imperial vassal state Japan reportedly upset with Russia for halting negotiations for a Treaty of Peace to formerly end WWII between those two nations in response for Japan's imposing economic sanctions to Russia that was decreed to all corners of the US empire.
