1 side is more often right than the other. This might be a swwooooooooss...haven't decided yet.
He only believes in absolutes. Being right substantially more often doesn't hold any meaning for him, because it's more fun to pretend both sides are equally wrong.
Refusing to see the facts is a great way to start "thought experiments."
He's intentionally arguing just for the fun of it. It's hard to make the case the Biden administration is better than Trump's 4 years when you consider things that matter: Supreme Court appointments (Yay, 2A!), gun rights, abortion, foreign wars, energy policy, prices of everything/inflation, "Liberal World Order" agenda, EPA and other agency overreach, corrupt dealings with foreign powers (Hunter & Biden), and so forth.
I think Biden is on track to be worse than Obama, who was arguably worse than Carter. That's a very difficult bar to reach, but both have been determined.
So, yes. You're right about which way the results favor the Right/GOP. In the case of the hearings, the Dems stacked the evidence as they wanted, and it still stinks.
And it's not a question of whether the 2 agents who were actually in the car with Trump are lying. It's about those and others who have disputed her testimony. That means at least 4 other people are lying, and she's the only one telling the truth. Doesn't hold water, especially when she was not there.
When you testify under oath and promise to tell the truth, and then you pass off a bunch of hearsay and rumors you heard as "the truth", it doesn't matter if you believed it or not. What matters is that the committee trotted her out there to spread those smears against Trump officially and on national TV.
I give that woman zero weight when it comes to divining the truth. Anyone who says difference is likely a DTS suffer, willing to compromise logic, reasoning and facts in favor of bias confirmation.
