Hillary and her staff, lawyers and contractors didn't need to plead the 5th.  The FBI handed out immunity agreements left and right without a single person ever being charged with any crime whatsoever.

Immunity agreements have one purpose -- to shield someone from prosecution so they will agree to testify about others' crimes, which essentially means they have no call to plead the fifth.

Why were so many immunity deals struck for her email servers, classified mishandling and illegal communications on unauthorized devices without a single charge resulting from them?  Hmmm..... 

The FBI should be investigated at least on that.

Pleading the 5th is actually a pretty smart decision even if you innocent but especially if you guilty.

Our country is is based on a system of laws. Republicans want to ignore laws and only follow our system and laws when it suits them. You don't get to choose.. you should participate and do what is ethical and right! Lying, cheating, stealing is not right.  Shouldn't all those that commit crimes against this country and steal from the public be prosecuted?

Pleading the 5th is a standard strategy for any contact with LEO.
eg. in CCW cases, if you discharge your firearm, you will be arrested.
You just shut up until things calm down and get some legal advice.

It's the smart thing to do.
