We probably need to expand the number of Federal judges to help out those states manage their border problems. Not a problem Biden can appoint hundreds of additional judges to handle the case volume. Happy to help out those states and respect the rights of these people.

What rights do you refer to? There are no universal come-into-my-country rights. The Rohingyas are one of the largest non-State populations in the world. No one wants them. The same issues the U.S. border States are raising are the same ones that neighboring countries like Bangladesh are stating. Limited resources. This is the reality you must face.

Your silly that's not even relevant. So you propose shooting immigrants as they seek Asylum in the United States? You want to post snipers at the border instead of judges. Maybe we should start executing people for DUI?

Where did I mention anything about SHOOTING SOMEONE?! Don't misquote me slick.
Based on your logic, that same person who climbed into bed is innocent and should be treated accordingly. YOU want to shoot them. Would you afford them asylum in your own home? Afford them all of life's necessities?

By the way, the biden administration doing nothing about what is happening in the border states is downright criminal.  If you're gonna talk about criminal charges, start with biden and his hyena.  Gross dereliction of duty towards the safety of America's borders and the people of the United States.

This is why I don't feel sorry for those "leaders" who proudly claim their states as "sanctuary" states.  Several of them are doing the cry me a river crap when just 50 of the illegals showed up in their city.  Just imagine what Arizona and Texas are going through on a daily basis.

Open borders is a flawed, hypocritical, and unrealistic ideology.  Typical of the 2 face "not in my backyard" liberal crowd.

What a simple mind. The complex, multi-faceted, geo-political problem that encompassed Venezuela was years in the making and you point your finger at a man who had 4 years as the President.

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment due process and equal protection guarantees extend to all "persons." The rights attaching to criminal trials, including the right to a public trial, a trial by jury, the assistance of a lawyer, and the right to confront adverse witnesses, all apply to "the accused." And both the First Amendment's protections of political and religious freedoms and the Fourth Amendment's protection of privacy and liberty apply to "the people."

Your asking Biden to cleanup after Donald Trump?

No.....I want that asshat to do his fricken job and fix the border crisis.  He is the President now so do his job.  All he ever does is cry and blame someone for his troubles.  Awwww....poor baby......

Donald Trump is no longer President.  Whatever he did during his tenure to Venezuela is in the past.  So yeah, these people took the trek and came here.  Woop dee doo and la dee da.  That doesn't give them or anybody else seeking citizenship in the US a free pass to just walk in.

I mean that's the way it's supposed to be but we got two fricken clowns in the White House that won't do anything about it and expect the border states to just suck it up.

Screww that shiite is what Arizona, Texas, and Florida Governors are saying.

LOL!  Trump didn't make the mess.  He was hindered at every turn while trying to fix something that's been a continually worsening problem ever since Joe Biden was a freshman Senator!  Reagan pardoned millions of illegals on the promise from Democrats they would secure the border.  Trump tried to carry on that need by building a wall.

But somehow it's Trump's mess?

And in the end lying to someone and sending them thousands of miles away is actually a criminal offense that should be prosecuted.

Stepping on a banana peel is a criminal offense that should be prosecuted.

Like these illegals knew exactly where, what, and how they wanted to go about settling here in the US.  LOL!

They get treated more royally than us poor tax-paying working stiffs busting our fricken asses as they get backdoor carte blanche treatment.

If that's not a slap in the face to those trying to get citizenship the legal way, I don't know what is.

Yep.  There is no doubt it's because she is a "somebody", not a nobody.  Very prevalent in Hawaii, arguably the most communist state in the Union.

Also I don't understand why her driving with no auto insurance was dismissed.  WTF is up with that.

"Very prevalent in Hawaii, arguably the most communist state in the Union."
I don't think so.
I'd say the most "Tribal"  state in the union.
In a Place like Guam you could  bribe people to get things done, here you have to know somebody.
They(government) operate like the tribes on the mainland.

If lying were a crime, the entire Congress would be in prison -- ESPECIALLY the lying bunch of Democrats.

Get a clue, brainiac.

You make an accusation that Biden is somehow supposed to be cleaning up "Trump's mess," even though all the evidence shows he's just making it 100 times worse.

Then when I demonstrate this was NOT Trump's mess, you pivot and deflect about a non-existent kidnapping.

It's not a kidnapping when the people willingly get on the bus, train, plane...  Were all the people the Biden admin relocated also kidnapped?  Did they know 100% what to expect when they reached their destinations?  Highly doubtful, since most of those transports were moving in secrecy and under cover of darkness.  When the press tried to get close to interview the "immigrants," they were told by armed guards to leave the area.

Yeah.  Sounds more like a kidnapping the way the Biden people operate.
