suprising, got here at 1:00. there's 3 in front of me. left at 1:30 there was 2 people in the room.

I might have missed the info but is anybody having to fill out any rapback paperwork at HPD?   If you register a firearm after the law was signed, is this retroactive where you have to pay the fee and get entered in the database once they up and running?
Thinking of getting just 1 more.

Rap back interpretation has not been submitted by the attorney general, so the police are not doing anything yet
And lawsuits may also delay implementation

12:25pm, 3 in line, permit pick up, left 12:40,
2:01pm, only one person, 2:06, filling out form, 2:10 submitted forms, 2:20 done, no line.  But it took me 2 hour to get home.  TU Mr O.
I heard that there will only be 3 officers working 09/01, due to reassignment to the Obama security.  Have patience today.

also the area around blaisdell is going to be blocked off today because the opening of the economic conference is taking place there today
