Had a guy try to register a pistol and His permit was one day late. PD gave him the speech and told him it's voided. Felt bad.

Got there about 9:35 today. 3 people in front. About 8-10 waiting for permits and/or fingerprints.
Donated to rap back and my wallet feels about $42.00 lighter.
All in all took just over an hour.  Officers were nice & cordial. They're just doing what Willy boy tasked them to do. :(

arrived 9:45 am thursday feb 16
4 people in line in front of us
friend registered 1 rifle, first time in rapback
finished around 10:30
2-3 people in line when we left

the HPD people are using a computer at the records desk now, and the rapback digital fingerprint machine is behind a door right before the records counter, so it kind spreads out the area where paperwork/waiting needs to be done
