RCA is for eligible people who do not have minor children.

The investigation has started. Desantis better get a criminal defense attorney. Now the migrants can file a case for a U visa as victims of human trafficking. A case like this could take 7 years. So now we have kidnapping, human trafficking charges that can be investigated. 

Human trafficking involves the use of force, fraud,
or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act.
