The sad thing is that I don’t even know what you are thinking about.

some people are going to get fed up ...
Really?  With what?
Single party government?
un-constitutional gun control laws?
Irrational police dictated limitations on your rights of self protection?
Tyrants like Rhodes?
Types of small arms you can own?
Magazine capacities?
Restrictions on where to shoot?
BATF?

I've been Fed up ever since I became an adult.
The older I get the more fed up I get.
Life in prison is not as scary to an old man as it is to a fourty year old.
Especially when I can afford bail and good lawyers.

I'm retiring soon and will be getting rid of my large V8 SUV shortly thereafter.
It's a Ford Expedition with a 5.4 and glorious Flowmaster mufflers.
Nuthin' like the sound of a V8 and Flowmasters when you're merging on to the freeway.

I already am.  But I think as people get older and less naive, they tend to start getting fed up with everything and anything.

And as far as myself and my outlook on life, due to being old and getting older by the second, I'm beginning to severely not give a f*ck anymore. 8)

All I do now is live day by day and love my wife, my family, and myself.  F*ck everything else.

TBH, I never understood why some people buy a big SUV or truck and it's not needed.  HI's parking sucks, so not only will you have trouble in stalls, but your car gonna get dinged too. 1 thing I love about Vegas are the big parking stalls.

I get that fat people, or people with a family will need the bigger vehicle, etc...so that makes sense. But I got a good handful of friends who are tiny and no family who have big cars.  And they all grumble that parking is tight.

Someone should explain then why the rental car agencies keep renting out monstrous GM SUVs for tourists to clog up the place with as they wander about.

Most have no more than two people in them and could just as well get around in one of those tiny bug cars.or oversize electric golf karts they keep pushing on us.

Re. My big suv, I bought it when my kids were small and we used to go beach and camping.
Now my kids are grown-ups and they use it to go beach and camping.
It's also my backup car to get to work.

If you own it , why?
I own a 2001 Ford Explorer sport 4WD,
A 2002 VW Golf TDI,
A 2003 Ford Expedition 5.4  4WD,
and a 2004 Mazda B4000 4WD.
together they all cost less than any one 4WD on the market today.
all told around $24,000 for all of them. I've probably put in $2,000 for parts and tools for repair.
I do my own work.
Due to the nature of my property I need 4WD.
I occasionally need to tow stuff, go to the dump, go hunting on Mauna Kea, and transport lots of people.
So I have lots of vehicles. When you retire you probably won't drive as much and most new cars be
they EV or ICE are way too expensive.

Demand dictates they want to drive something different.  I feel bad for those who are renting the POS Mustangs that are not V8.

My best guess is that it will be the parents who call the final straw, which is why the FBI is aggressively going after people who speak out at school board meetings as domestic terrorists. We’ve all witness little league games. When parents get all wound up they are freaking scary, and forcing kids to take dangerous drugs in order to attend school is stepping way over the line. The medical establishment is about to lose all credibility and collapse on itself, and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these “medical experts” start meeting a messy public end, or at very least dying in questionable circumstances/mysteriously disappearing.

Honestly we don’t know what particular incident will do it. Could be a false flag that nobody believes anymore, or a George Floyd type riot that backfires and a bunch of Antifa kids mess with the wrong neigbhorhood.

What we do know is that the situation is like a stick of dynamite getting kicked around on the shop floor and it’s weld grinding time.

A big vehicle like my 2001 Ram 2500 4x4 with a modest 2 inch lift and Ranch Hand bumper is good to be in when idiots cross the centerline.  This bumper actually took a hit at 20 mph from a midsized car with no damage to my truck or bumper.  Airbags didn't even deploy.  Can't say the same for the other vehicle. I feel very safe driving my truck.

Is that some shrubbery growing from the bottom of your bumber or underneath the bumper?

I like the bumper!  Little hard to work on the truck though.

No. I used the photo editor to erase the license plate and that is the result.
