Yes.  From what i saw in the minutes, the bill was revised to CD2 and now requires yet another public testimony opportunity.  Each time they incorporate amendments, they must repeat the process.

That's what i see anyway.

Best part of the hearing was when Andrew said "I've met with all or most of you here (Honolulu Hale).  And each time I was CCWing".

It is not illegal to CCW at Honolulu Hale (yet).  State Capitol yes, but not Hale. Capitol has a "dangerous weapon" law in effect.
