cool story, bro...

If you can't do the time. Don't do the crime. After he is determined guilty the judge will get to sentence him. He should be more respectful. If he can't be controlled he may end up in a more restrictive environment. This is a criminal case and the judge absolutely has the power to take him into custody if that is required to keep him from instigating violence.

I wouldn't paint this as a nationwide thing. It is a New York District attorney doing his own thing, the DNC doesn't have any control over it nor does anyone in congress.

Wow.

So you believe Trump is completely innocent and this is all a Democrat conspiracy by Trump haters?

You believe he is always truthful and never asked anyone to lie, never overcharged the government, never took in appropriate gifts, he never violated campaign finance laws, he never made threats to anyone, he never held classified documents inappropriately, he never attempted to obstruct justice, he never cheated on his taxes, he never incited a riot, and he never pressured election officials to change election results? You believe he is completely innocent and if he is convicted you will still claim he is completely innocent?

You believe Donald Trump is God?

This is ludicrous.

Many legal analysts are now saying Trump's civil rights were violated.  The 34 felony charges were ALL predicated on a single "crime", but when asked what that crime was, Bragg said he was not legally required to state that element of the charges.

According to the 6th amendment, Bragg must state all charges during arraignment so the accused knows what he's being charged with.  If charges are added or dropped after arraignment, that, too, must be made transparent in an amended indictment.

Bragg probably already tanked his prosecution.  if the pivotal crime that all others radiate from is dismissed over Constitutional grounds, then the other alleged crimes have no basis for existing.  Likewise, even if that pivotal charge is alleged in the arraignment, if the crime isn't a crime (have to prove it is) or Trump is found not guilty of said crime, the basis for all other alleged crimes must be dismissed.  For example, if it's alleged that you shot someone during a robbery, but you prove you were somewhere else at the time of the robbery, any firearm or assault charges stemming from the alleged robbery would have to be dropped.

#Winning!

The other thing is the alleged payment to Stormy Daniels was a single transaction.  Yet Bragg is charging for every legal bill and payment that gradually reimbursed him over some period of time.  If you buy a car on credit and stop making payments, is the bank going to sue separately for every month you failed to make a payment?

Bragg is a TDS-riddled idiot.

Alan Dershowitz had a great analogy for the 34 indictments springing from a single transaction:

When he was working in a deli, he was told, "If you slice the salami thinner, you make more money."  So he sliced it as thin as he could get it.

Same for the Trump indictments.  Bragg took a single alleged crime (paying hush money) and sliced it into 34 more pieces.  The slices are so thin, none can stand on their own.

He also said it might be a crime for someone like Stormy Daniels or her lawyers to demand hush money in exchange for not going public with the affair.  Extortion is a crime.  However, the act of PAYING money is in no way illegal unless it's expressly forbidden, such as offering a bribe to a judge, cop, or juror.  So, if someone extorts money from you and you pay it, you'll never be charged with a crime as it related to that payment.  If the extortion is blackmail for something you did illegally (pay me $10K or I'll tell the cops you poisoned your wife), then the crime is the poisoning, not the hush money payment.

The central pole in the tent is whether Trump paid the money to help his presidential campaign exclusive of any other motive.  If he did it to protect his brand, shield his wife and kids from the affair, or any other reason, then it's impossible to prove the election was what motivated the payoff.

Then there's the statute of limitations.  Also, whether the NYAG has jurisdiction to prosecute violations of a federal campaign statute AFTER the DOJ investigated those allegations and opted to not prosecute.

Time to indict Obama for murdering a US citizen with a drone in a country we had no military operations in.

If you can't do the time. Don't do the crime. After he is determined guilty......

So no assumption of innocence? Clearly you aren't being objective here

So what your saying is cops can be biased when people choose to exercise their 1st amendment? Who knew (cough, cough just doing my job and following orders with regard to 2A stuff).

They should strive not to be but even if one does not consciously allow themselves to be influenced there is still a risk of a subconscious bias.

I once heard a cop tell me when he pulls someone over he decides in advance whether he is going to give a ticket that was he tries to mitigate responding to someone based off a bias or anger etc.

But sure, your example is great too. Just don't go around trying to piss people off and you will fair better

I'm confident that among the 4 indictments coming. They have evidence of crimes and he will deserve to do time. His only hope is to get enough idiots to vote for him so that he can pardon himself.

I didn't even count the rape case against him.

The fact that you think you're confident says it all.  Kind of like when the fake news says "inside sources say" or "bombshell proof", stuff like that.

Why bother. People here accuse others of crimes that haven't even been indicted or lost a civil case.

Sometimes use of logic can figure stuff out. I know why you posted this, it's because you have yet to read all the threads I mentioned.

Based upon your posts.. logic is non-existent. Why don't you read the indictments and follow the cases.

AFTER you read all the other stuff I told you to read and report back on your findings.
