I am complaint with all their laws, rules, and regulations. All my paperwork is in order, I passed all the tests that they required me to do  I jumped through all their hoops that they made
I have fulfilled my end of the deal, but HPD has not fulfilled their end. Not my fault. It's their fault.

I will have to go down there in person next week.  this week I am too busy

So, you'd wear that to the police station when applying for a firearm permit?  Get ready to have to submit a psych eval form letter.   

Also, what good is a sticker on your car going to do you?  Do you plan on showing the officers behind the desk a phone pic?  I'm positive they won't be able to see your sticker otherwise.

I don't think you've thought this plan of yours through. 

And of course this works in NYC.  They have to believe you don't have the money to pay the parking ticket if your only option of attire looked like that!  Don't kick a man when he's down.

176 days and counting. Rifle permit renewal and 2 pistol permits done during this timeframe. Already have ccw permit  in 2 other states. Makes no sense. Logan can eat a big bag of (fill in the blank).
