What news sources do you use? If I heard NPR of all places covering the story I think you are hard pressed to claim the lefty media is suppressing the story. I mean you even had multiple reporters grilling KJP over the Hunter Biden story recently, this isn't a story you'' find only on Fox News anymore.
Sorry but I don't buy the conspiracy theory about the sub. It doesn't seem realistic. Even if they had begun moving equipment on day one, from the news I saw/heard it would have taken 2-3 days just to get there. It wasn't your average search and rescue of course.
I don't remember, nor saved the links.
So if it takes 2-3 days just to get there; did the government say no sense deploy it? No they didn't.
You're right that this wasn't your average SAR, it was much easier in the aspect that the SAR area was much narrower. Compare this to another type of ship lost at sea, it could be hundreds/thousands of square miles. The titanic wreckage is spread out over 2000 feet from the 2 main parts. Which makes the area of probability smaller than a lost ship or plane.
Here's what should have been said by the gov: "We heard an implosion in the area of the Titan. This isn't 100%, so we will search until we can find visual confirmation. But at the same time, they only have 96hrs of oxygen, so we have to hurry".
Instead of: Lets search cause we got 96hrs. Then shortly after the 96hr window, they heard an implosion in the area days ago. And we left the best deep sea rescue sub docked.
