I have heard the tapes. Granted there is more context that would be important in the trial such as the witnesses who can describe what things Trump was showing them but if the prosecution did a half decent job at assembling it, they are going to have a pretty good case.

To be fair, I did not elaborate so perhaps the point of my comment was not clear enough. What I was getting at was that the same type of bias that makes Trump haters see everything as bad makes Trump lovers see everything as good. I think both sides cannot see the reality of the situation, cannot see the whole picture. People with TDS see only the bad pieces of the puzzle and are blind to the good pieces while the hardcore Trump supporters see only the good pieces and are blind to the bad ones.

While there is certainly lots of smoke that Joe Biden is corrupt I wouldn't say they have found the fire yet.

The text you reference certainly raises justified concerns but it is not at all enough to stand on it's own, Joe Biden maintains some plausible deniability. Specifically was Joe Biden really sitting right there or were those the words of a drug addict lying to get what he wanted?

I suspect that Joe Biden was either involved or at least knowledgeable about his son's influence scheme but I don't think it has arisen to the level of proven. Just my take.

Logic means one can add up the information provided and make a reasonable assumption something is correct. Refer to the above 2 examples that many were saying is false, even without a "proven" level.

I guess it depends what your standard of proof is. Personally before I state something to be true or proven I like a good deal of evidence. Since the issue in question is essentially a criminal one I prefer to judge someone based on the level of proof that would be needed to obtain a conviction. With Joe Biden I simple do not think there is enough there. Too much circumstantial evidence, not enough hard evidence.

Other people do not hold such a high standard obviously.

Trump is in trouble for bragging about some docs to a journalist. Biden took millions in bribes from the Chinese Communist Party and overseeing the wholesale destruction of the nation.
