If you have evidence,  prove it.   Bring up a case in court and win.   I'm sure Trump and his maga members would give you millions if you did.

It's all in the other thread, which by this post, shows you didn't read.

We will see more demorat shenanigans again in 2024
part of their plan:

1) There is nothing wrong with ballot harvesting

2) Being dead is no excuse for not voting

3) Vote early and vote often

U left out the 2am spike.

I'm trying to find that article about the author saying that the 2024 election might very well be the very last election decided by ballots and not bullets.

Not being able to provide enough evidence to prove something doesn't mean it didn't happen.

In criminal court the burden of proof falls on the prosecution.  If they fail to prove the allegations, then they failed to prove the allegations.  That's it.

However, that doesn't mean that those accused of those allegations didn't commit the crime and are innocent.

Think OJ.

OJ was acquitted in criminal court because the prosecution didn’t satisfy the evidentiary standard of “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

He was found responsible for the deaths in civil court, where the standard is “preponderance of the evidence,” which is a significantly lower standard.

All of the election challenges were civil suits, and only needed to meet the “preponderance” standard… and still couldn’t get there.

You aren't wrong but at this point, absent evidence, I see no reason to continue to entertain the idea that the election was stolen. I mean sure, it might have been stolen, it is possible that it was stolen and covered up very well, but there isn't enough to sustain this belief in my opinion so I don't know why people keep insisting it was stolen given the lack of evidence, and the evidence to the contrary.

Yes, he was.  When you have someone like this on your side, anything is possible.

I'm not qualified to fully judge the merits of the "evidence " that's why we have the justice system.

Those we put in power and those who hold that power should always be scrutinized.  Question authority.  Always.

If I had to pick either or,  deflecting.  I'm not qualified to fully judge the merits of the "evidence " that's why we have the justice system.  The failed lawsuits and lack of new ones is enough proof for me over a thread on a forum.

I state again, read the entire thread.  Evidence is provided in great details, which using logic would show you how to make an educated opinion.  The court of law isn't always 100%. Guilty people get not guilty verdicts and not guilty people get guilty verdicts, so to base an opinion soley on this can lead you down the wrong path.  Same goes with not criminal hearings. Example when the dead person of the CDC or some like agency states that men can get pregnant and that there are more than 2 genders.

Vast majority of cases were thrown out on standing, not merit.
In other words courts were too chicken to take up the issue.

It's one thing to say, "They have no evidence, or else the courts would have sided with Trump."

It's an entirely different thing to say, "We don't think this one case would have swung the election to Trump," or "You have to prove election fraud before we order an investigation of the state's elections."  The worst one was, "You can't file a case before the election because the election hasn't ended -- can't complain about something you haven't yet lost," followed by, "You can't file a case after the state has certified the election results, because now it's official."  Not an adequate window of time to gather and present the evidence people are saying doesn't exist.

A lot of the evidence is actually lack of evidence.  Still waiting on documents that prove ballot chain of custody for very large batches and reasons counts that continued after the GOP monitors were told to go home.

Like I said, those who had their hands in that proverbial cookie jar just so happened to be people in very high places.

Just my opinion, of course.

If a group (GOP, James O'Keefe, etc.) wanted to, they could send in polling place and counting facility watchers with hidden cameras and teams of 24/7 surveillance recording the comings and goings at these locations.

In Philly, we have video of trucks showing up with boxes and boxes of ballots (almost all for Biden) at 3AM.  Trump was way ahead when counting "stopped' at 11PM, but Biden had the lead at 9AM before counting "started' again.  Never got an explanation for that.  The video would not have existed had someone not had the presence of mind to record it on their cell.

Lack of standing doesn't inherently mean they were too chicken to take up the issue
