I've heard the elite units of the IDF are no Boy Scouts either. Those guys are a different breed.

I think after being at war for so many centuries, the IDF has learned that it needs to take the gloves off in certain situations.  Look at how they attacked innocents in Gaza.  It wasn't collateral damage or a missile that went off course. But a deliberate targeting of the area.

I feel bad for non-combatants on both sides.

I ran into my friend who's from Israel today.  He was supposed to go home tomrrow.  He's getting info from family and friends. Stuff that the media or social media isn't showing yet.  There are way more Israeli executions going on than is being seen/reported on the news/social media.  He confirmed that people are being forced to call their family before being executed.  He also said that the talk back home is that this is the war to end all wars in the area.  Civillians think that Israel will flatten Palestine/Gaza.

The above is what he was told from his family and friends who are there.  IDK how much of this is true as chatter can spread fast and inaccuratly.

It's been three days...tomorrow will have been four

As long as Biden gets his cookout, and of course his ice cream, it's all good.

I remember several Presidents giving after-dinner televised statements to the nation after these types of things happened, and they didn't have to plan it days after.  They preempted whatever was airing and gave us the official US policy and plan.

The ever absent Resident.

Biden set to deliver remarks Tuesday on Hamas attack in Israel

He's rehearsing right now and memorizing what he has to say.  He's also deciding whether he is part Palestinian or part Israeli and whether he grew up in Gaza or Israel.

No matter how hard he tries watch how he screws up tomorrow.

The most prominent and disturbing memory I have of the current administration occupying the White House was the image of joe biden, sitting at his desk while all his goonies look on with glee as he, one by one, with the stroke of his pen (or crayon) dismantled all of the policies from the prior administration that mattered and kept this country prosperous and safe.

I'll never forget that memory.  Back then I knew we were headed for disaster.

His Kumbaya foreign policy in just little more than 2 and a half years have led to the dangerous situation the world is in today.

joe biden will go down in history as the appeasement fool.  That is if there is going to be any history to record after all of this.

Sad.  But a brave couple.  I'd bet that Hamas factored in the fact that firearms were not common in Israeli households hence the indiscriminate slaughter of civilians.

To all you anti-gun and gun hating people out there in the US:  Don't worry, the police will protect you if this ever were to happen in our country.

Open Borders, remember?

Interesting that the children survived. Maybe after taking 7 casualties they lost the will to turn the house over?

The home had a bomb type shelter. So maybe locked the bullet proof door.

I have a feeling they didn't intentionally let those children go.

Yeah that's what I was wondering. Did the parents' last stand shake up the invaders enough that they forgot to check for survivors? There must have been enough toys and kids clothes to alert them.

The Hamas cowards probably figured the kids had guns too.

Typical cowards.  They left to find easier prey.
