Good luck with that.  With the proliferation of surveillance, security and cell cameras everywhere you look, there's not much hope of staying under the radar.  All it takes is 3-4 locations where you left your money for someone to match up the videos and find the common denominator.

Unless you intend to wear a disguise, the chances of remaining anonymous are slim.

Maybe you need a couple of PIs to find out the person's name and address, then a lawyer could show up on the door step with a check from your "foundation."  if your name isn't on the charter or other records, then there's less chance of being identified.

Funny.  You have to go to great lengths to protect your personal info, and then hire someone to get the personal info on your beneficiaries!

As a reply to the other thread:

Pay for a round trip ticket and some spending money for room and food for a few months for people who are stupid that think the USA sucks or like.  And the expenses will be paid for a few months, so they can get their feet on the ground and find a job. It wouldn't be fair to just send them with zero support.

So, send those who are supporting Palestine  there.

Every high school athlete who was screwed out of a scholarship due to a dude beating them, I would pay for what ever college or trade school they want to attend until completion.

Paying someone to beat someone else up sounds illegal.  I mean, I would have the best atty's and most connections, but still, that's a line I won't cross as the richest man in the world.

Also, pay the top people in what ever event to beat the women, but drop out so the 2nd place women will now get 1st.  As in, dont' accept the 1st placement.  So, more of a look how stupid this is to allow a man to compete against a woman.

I looked at 1 of a HI org's powerlifting records and I would beat the woman in every event.  Nationwide, I'd place top 3.  I don't train at all for powerlifting, so i can image someone who did, he would easily lift 50% more than what I can and smash any woman's record in that org.

I was watching that Michael Douglas movie, the one about him trying to order breakfast and it was past 11am or something.

I would go to a place 10 mins after breakfast is done.  Then order.  If I'm told no, I'd ask for the manager and say "so you're telling me there's no way I can get breakfast?  If I were to pay you $100,000 to grab some bacon from the fridge and fire it up, you would say no?".  Then if the answer is still no, I have a bag of cash that I would show the manager and say "you just lost out on $100K" and then walk out.

I'd do this at 1pm or other non-breakfast hours as well.  And if they did make it, then I would not only pay for the $100K breakfast, which goes in the pocket of the company, but pay each worker working $100K as well.

I would send homeless who aren't local to anywhere they want. Pay to have them clean up, dressed in what ever clothes they want and a 1st class ticket to anywhere.  I do first class, so it's harder to turn the offer down as I cannot force them to leave.

The local ones who aren't druggies, offer to pay for a place to live. I knew a guy who worked at Longs, but lived in his car. He showered at the beach and stuff.  So he never smelled, nor would you be able to tell he was homeless.

For the druggies start a awesome rehab center, but the issue is they would have to want to get clean.

I would offer the homeless druggies an all-expense paid one way trip to be one of the first colonists on Mars.

If I'm not mistaken, all current plans to go to Mars are one-way -- no exceptions.

They don't have the ability yet to build, supply, fuel and launch space craft from Mars, so any vehicle carrying people there would need additional vehicles for them to land on Mars allowing the main vehicle to remain in space.

Maybe we can launch modular components for a space station or refueling station in orbit around Mars, but I don't know we could get that much fuel there without a constant convoy of supply ships taking it fuel.  How much fuel would we be spending just to get more fuel to Mars?

Maybe Elon is working on a Tesla space craft that uses solar panels to recharge the batteries so it burns less fuel during the trip?

Hunger is something I don't wish on anyone.  Especially children.

So I was thinking since I am the richest person in the whole universe and Canada, I would open food halls all over the world.  Yes, even in North Korea.  Screw you you fat dictator.  I'm rich.  I do what I want.

Anway, anyone who is hungry can come to these food halls.  You can eat as much as you want and there will be millions of options to suit your tastes.

Here's the catch:  Community service.  It can be anything from helping out in hospitals to cleaning parks and other public places.  You will be placed according to your abilities and skillset.  For the "work" that you do, you will get vouchers to go to these food halls and if you have family and children they can eat too.

No one will be turned away.

If you cap an attitude, become difficult and a problem to others, not make an effort to be self sufficient, you will be placed on progressive discipline and warned accordingly.

Eventually if you still hard head, you will be sent to Mars to be one of the first colonists to never, ever come back to earth.  Life there will initially be Spartan, so everyone will be allotted a daily ration of bottled water, one lumpia, one Hostess twinkie, one spam musubi, and 2 lychee for dessert.

Garan Ball Barans you going miss the food halls......

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.  The most fundamental and basic of human needs is "Physiological Needs."

Physiological needs may include:

- Air
- Water
- Food
- Heat
- Clothes
- Reproduction
- Shelter
- Sleep

Taking away a need, and thus the associated motivation, from a a person, you force them to become dependent upon you to fulfill that need.  Thus, instead of teaching a man to fish, you are committing yourself to always having to feed them -- forever.  That means resources to continue the program must survive you in perpetuity.

If the "community service" feature includes teaching them the skills they need to support themselves, that's a decent idea -- as long as the jobs they learn can also apply to private employment.

And you can't expect to offer community service opportunities for just food alone.  The amount of time spent would need to be very small, or else they won't be able to afford all the other necessities in the list.

Sounds like you really want to create a jobs program where the people commit to learning and performing a skillset in exchange for subsistence;  food, lodging, clothing, medical & dental care, and an education.  Sounds like the military, but with a wider assortment of job sectors to work in.

Sure is.  I guess the only difference is that I am footing the bill 100%.   And this will be offered worldwide, to all countries, to all people.

Hunger does not discriminate.

Those who help themselves but are currently down and out but want to be self sufficient and just need a boost to get there will benefit.

Those who don't will be eating lumpia on Mars.

Either way, no one will be forced.

i think you'd be better served by spending that money on education and treatment centers to get people who are on the streets into jobs and supporting themselves.

You can feed them inside the training and education institutions, as well as inside treatment centers.  but the goal needs to be self reliance, not a lifetime of being a dependent.

If you can screen for the mentally and physically ill (actually ill, not just suffering due to poor choices in life), then you could maybe do both.  Help the helpless and teach the teachable.

The best welfare program is a job.

I would also never wait in line again. I would cut the line and offer $1K for every person I cut to let me cut. I'm sure everyone will say OK. I will have my security who carries my cash for payments.
