Kids brought dad a hwn food plate.
Laulau-kalua pig-lomi salmon-rice
I sprinkle some of my chili peppa wata on top.

You have great kids.  And not even Father's Day yet.

Tonight I had BBQ Beef Brisket from Times Mililani.  Made a dipping sauce of shoyu and creamy horseradish.  I ate it with hot rice and shredded cabbage.

It was so ono I wen broke da mout.

I ate so much that my stomach got so big and when I looked down I couldn't see my boto.

I hate when that happens.

Must be a slow news day.
My dinner is a fish and chicken bento with noodles.
The fish is probably that swai stuff that everyone uses nowadays.

My son-in-law gave me 2 large pieces of fried Ahi bone.  Had lots of meat on it.  I shredded some cabbage and made a wasabi-shoyu dipping sauce and ate it with hot rice.

Hoo I wen broke da mout.  So ono.  So simple.  But so satisfying.

I had some leftover salmon head soup I made the other day and I finished my meal with that.

I like to eat stuff like this.  Stuff you hardly will find on restaurants menu.

Q:  How can you tell if your potatoes are German?

A:  The French Fries surrendered to them.

I dunno what you call this or if this is really a thing or did me and wifey just make this up:

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom
frozen corn
frozen peas
chopped onion.

Brown ground beef and onions in skillet, drain excess oil then add cream of mushroom, corn, and peas.

Then cook over easy egg, and place on top of ground beef and cream of mushroom mixture along with some hot rice.

Kinda like a loco moco.  My wife likes to add shoyu and tabasco and I like to eat it with hot yellow chili peppers.

My mout wen broke.

My son gave me a lot of beef stew a few days ago and I was getting tired of eating that. So I bought some Chinese food. I thought it was pork tofu but it was not. It was like a vegetarian dish. It was good but meatless.🤣

I sat outside and ate because it was so hot today. I found out that my doggies like tofu. 🤣🤣 I am not sure about Friday. I will probably go shooting and get home really late.

I spent a pleasant afternoon at the range, then got some sushi and lechon, washed down with a Corona. Retired life can be hard sometimes.

I going make chicken long rice tonight. :shaka:

I going experiment with a different noodle.  Usually they use rice vermicelli noodles but I going try make it with sweet potato starch noodles, the type that they make korean chap chae with.

Supposed to be a thicker type noodle.

What da hell.  We only live once.

Maybe something like a chef salad.
I got some really nice tomatoes from the peoples open market.
I had a chat with the guy from CC parks dept that hosts the market. He said the covid years really screwed things up.
It's slowly coming back though.
