Call it a transportation project.  It'll get billions in funding!

We need to study the effects of firework emissions and their impact on climate change/greenhouse gases.

Lawmakers would jump on new fireworks bans faster than a cop on a free donut!

what happened?   ???   something happened.

my neighborhood, usually by now, there's lots of "pre-event" fireworks going off, night and day.

so far, i haven't heard a single firework going off, and haven't seen any aerials.  totally opposite of this time last year.

so, homeowners supposedly being liable put the kabosh on the fireworks festivities?  where's the fun in that!   ;D
