Don't forget shipping.

They charge $25 shipping for long guns to Hawaii.

It's a free market, the sole purpose of a business is to make the maximum profit.  If the price is too high, shop somewhere else.  Although a smart business will also make sure they keep their customers in the long run.

To add to the other posts, if a business sells their stuff cheap in a time like this, alot of people will buy stuff up just to resell it at higher prices.  I'm sure alot of those pmags and firearms gun stores sold are already being resold now.

I disagree.  Business is more than making the maximum profit, especially in Hawaii.  In the construction business (which by the way is pretty damned cut throat) it isn't about that.  As much as anything it's a sustainable business and relationships mean a lot.

Even Tony has learned that.  If you guys don't remember he sold some really overpriced stuff the last time around.  While his prices are up he's not nutz right now like the last time...........you guys can thank OGC for coming in with a different business model that is forcing the other shops to adapt and sell at reasonable prices.

I'm not complaining, just explaining why I will no longer make the extra effort to support local businesses who partake in price gouging.

stopped by OGC today just to check things out. it was so weird to get a parking spot up front. pretty mellow on account of inventory. they got a few sporter aks and an underfolder, an lwrc and an fs2000. they had a few carbine 22lrs including an m1a version and you know what I score a couple of pmag too. at a fair market price.

SPEAKING OF OUR SHELVES WE GOT A FEW MORE AKS IN AND A LWRC, AN FS2000 AND A DIMONDBACK AR IN TODAY...
Me thinks that all this talk about what is on OGC's shelves are helping them sell what they have left in inventory. Unexpected consequences to those complaining here who feel OGC price gouges!

I agree. free market. But you whine on a different level.
While you dont complain about LGSs and their prices, you do ad stomp, insult and low ball personal ads here.
Waah waah Ren.

Get a personality, dick head.

I buy guns for what I believe they're worth.

You can call it low balling, I call it intelligence.

And you stomp ads as much as anyone.

So STFU

Which is why I stated "Although a smart business will also make sure they keep their customers in the long run.  ", basically maximum profit not just in the short term, but the long term too.
