Yes and done before the bills effective date. So if it becomes effective the day Green signs it, you are a felon if you didn't block them once his sig has been completed so the "N" in Green.

U also cannot ever take your guns out of state. So no out of state repair, hunting, competitions, etc...

You will have to have your mags blocked or already shipped out of state, or destroyed.
Unless the mag in question is disassembled and remains so unless taken out of state before assembling.

Disassembled parts kits are not capable of holding any ammo rounds.

Please correct me if mag parts or parts kits are included in the ban.

Please correct me if mag parts or parts kits are included in the ban.

(c)  The manufacture, possession, sale, barter, trade, gift, transfer, or acquisition of detachable [ammunition] magazines with a capacity in excess of ten rounds [which] that are designed for or capable of use with [a pistol is] any firearm shall be prohibited.  This subsection shall not apply to magazines originally designed to accept more than ten rounds of ammunition [which] that have been modified to accept no more than ten rounds and [which] that are not capable of being readily restored to a capacity of more than ten rounds.

A parts kit is not a magazine as it holds no rounds. So it's capacity is zero.

The Veteran is back on TV

This time he is a "group" somehow

Maybe the news got confused by his they/them pronouns

They've used this word for years now.  The anti2a likes to use words to make it sound more important to ban things.

“Bi-partisan support”

Vets.  when I saw the headline I was expecting a large group of vets.  Looks like one, maybe two.

When he has to go on TV, that's good news for this bill.  There must be some doubt and it had a higher chance of not passing. So the vet is going on TV to get public support. But so far, HHN has zero comments that support the vet.

Is he a real Veteran?
Did anyone vet the vet?
He may be real or he may be just another phony prop of the left.

A google search suggest that he was in the Army and flew a helicopter.  Unknown if he was honorably discharged as I never googled that.

Vets.  when I saw the headline I was expecting a large group of vets.  Looks like one, maybe two.
David Berkowitz, aka Son of Sam serial killer, was an Army veteran.  He committed 6 murders and inflicted injuries on 7 other victims.

Gary Ridgway, aka The Green River Killer, was a Navy veteran.  He was sentenced to life in prison for 49 murders.

Jeffrey Dahmer was an army veteran.  He killed 17 men/boys and was convicted of 15 of them when sentenced to life in prison

Timothy McVeigh was a decorated Army veteran who served in the Gulf War and Operation Desert Storm.  He murdered 168 people and injured more than 600 others in the OKC bombing.

While i see military service as a positive thing, it by no means gives anyone special status in civilian affairs -- especially when it comes to them attacking constitutionally protected rights such as the right to keep and bear arms.

Being a veteran doesn't make any gun control advocate less wrong, just like military service doesn't make serial killers and mass murderers less wrong.

U left out Lee Harvey Oswald...oh wait, he didn't shoot JFK....oh snap. #noteverythingisaconspiracy

In all seriousness, this is very good info and an angle I never thought of before. I may mention it in testimony next year cause the vet always brings up that he's a vet.

another thought, see how they set up the mic's for him.  This further shows it's a coordinated attack on our 2a.  Has HIFICO ever been given a bunch of mic's on a stand?
