The mob must have knew that one on one with the boy or lifeguard, none of them would have a fricken chance in hell.

Hence the "Aloha Mob".

By the way, my guess is nothing going happen.  Nothing does in this banana republik.

That's called a Chimp Out. It's been popularized on social media by certain degenerate welfare-addicted ethnic groups and communist rent-a-riots in blue cities with revolving door justice systems.
The attackers are all fairly certain they will get off because if it ever goes before a judge they will say the magic social justice words that grant them leniency and a license for mayhem.

This video made me reconsider my plans for a wheel gun. Small frames are much more convenient to carry, but five shots are clearly not enough to escape/rescue a love one from a Chimp Out.
The chimps abandon honor and humanity, preferring to attack from the back like wild animals. Surviving without someone else on 6 could likely involve rolling like Rittenhouse.

Or daughter. Plenty of bystander females are getting reconstructive surgery and brain damage lately.

Lemesee…..,

1. Immediate and unavoidable ✅ (yep, already happening),

2. danger of death or grave bodily injury ✅ (yep, victim restrained on the ground while being beaten by a mob),

3. to yourself or an innocent. ✅ (obviously).

Seems like yeah, justified.

But let’s look at it the other way, and say that, for fear of wrongful prosecution by the local Khmer Rouge, you don’t, and they kill your son (or anyone, for that matter).

You forever own the guilt of letting an innocent be killed via inaction in compliance with an unlawful and evil regime.  Some people can live with that, and some people just. will. not. - like the Lifeguard friend.

Good you asked the question - I’m sure all of us ponder this scenario at times, given the degenerate nature of our society today.

I'm sure somewhere in that mob were "good boys" that hung around the "wrong crowd" or made "wrong decision" but overall were good guys....

Yah sure, I know exactly what you mean.

I routinely target others for violence when I feel like it, and I consider myself to be decent chap once you get to know me ;)

P.S. Never been in a one-on-one fight here.  It was always at least 4 who jumped me - so some things never change here.
