Yes I'll have to give him credits on this one.
 He only told me what the proper procedure was, I did the assembly myself. I could tell he was a little frustrated as he tried to take over a couple of times, had him confirm that I did it right.
It's actually surprisingly easy, especially if you use quality parts. The damn front detent was probably the hardest thing to do.

couple of big changes and couple of small changes.

since this is my go-to HD shotgun i decided i needed a light. magpul MOE forend with cantilever mount was cheapest (~$35 total from aimsurplus.com) and lets me use my surefire G2 comfortably. also put on a speedfeed IV-S 13" LOP stock and swat recoil plate. shorter length of pull combined with the pistol grip makes moving around through my house much more comfortable while being able to fully reach the forend and flashlight.  i had to give up 4 shells from the speedfeed i buttstock but i figured if i need more than 12 shells, i'm in big trouble and should grab my AR.

also removed the sling loop on the wilson mag extension and also removed the ears on the rear ghost ring. purely cosmetic.
