I just don't get the KHON report.

Made the agent look bad, with no evidence whatsoever... and no one even knew what exactly transpired.
90% of the pictures of the victim was full of booze.

This is why I don't watch the network news anymore....

Until the details are disclosed, no one can definitively say who was right or wrong.

The news always twists it to garner the highest ratings that they can. They're not in the least bit interested in the truth.

I know if I were the Federal Agent facing 4 to 1 odds, if I were to draw my weapon and the other people continued to aggressively move towards me, my choices would be very limited.

Did the agent over react or was he justified.

Another angle is, was he protecting someone at the time. If it wasnt his life he was defending but rather the life of some foreign president or dignitary, then his actions could indeed be justified.

I wonder how many of the robberies/Murders were done by People who had the proper permits to acquire firearms? Seems a lot of them were felons to begin with.
I know in the Bryan Uyesugi case he was a collector but he was committed to the mental ward before and they should have taken them away then. or should they?

I am worried that the CCW Foes will use this as a bid example.
Whats this about a knife found at the scene also?  I noticed the news is
trying to paint this whole thing like the victim was a nice guy.  I not saying he wasn't
too many questions!!

I can see the discussion for this particular event getting pretty lengthy, and for the sake of keeping this particular thread on topic, Federal agent involved in Waikiki Shooting:D :shaka:

In women's dress at Kennedy Theatre.  This is where my boo works, often late and night and on weekends.  Where there are no cameras.  And no lights outside the building after dark.  And 2 rent-a-cops providing "security" to a campus that houses thousands of people.
The difference between theory and reality is that, in theory, there is no difference between theory and reality.

Kennedy Theatre, that place sucks.  Its so dark in that area.  Actually most of campus is dark.  But that area has the banyon trees with no lights, and the parking lot thats barely lit.  Did you end up buying your chick something to protect herself with Tom?
