What so you think the outcome should have been.
Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Well, then if he is, Mr. Baker's suspicion of others at the range may be warranted. People of his/her character is not one I'd condone as a rational, responsible firearm owner. I hope this person is not as itchy with his trigger finger than his figurative mouth.

It is my opinion that we won't see any big rioting (at least not huge scale)...I personally think all that was said to try to sway the people from saying "Not Guilty". What I do believe is that I wasn't there when that incident happened and I wasn't there everyday during the trial, so I can't begin to formulate an accurate opinion of his guilt or innocence. Our judicial system is what it is, he was charged, he had his day in court. There was a prosecuting team, a defense team and a jury of his 12 peers. Evidence was submitted and the jurors came back with a "not guilty" verdict. No one is ever going to like the outcome of every trial, but it is the system we have, like it or not.

I will tell you that I am happy because now the gun grabbers can't start spouting off about CCW causing more "unnecessary" gun deaths. Good day for CCW everywhere.

well he only had a jury of 6 peers.. all women. from what I have watched I believe not guilty was the right verdict for this case. sadly though he will never live a normal life again. Really makes you think twice about defending yourself in todays world.

I know...I was just generally talking about our judicial system. 12 or 6, either way, the system worked as it was supposed to. It did not let the media, or random threats of violence keep them from their task.

I watched commentary on MSNBC (I know I know, but gotta watch what the liberals are spouting) and FOX.  Unbelievable the race baiting that is going on, seems like they trying to incite a riot.   :(

The prosecution had no case.  He shouldnt have been charged in the first place with the evidence that they had.  They just wasted
Time and money, and irresponsibly put people in danger of possible riots and violence. They should have sqashed it in the first place up front, looking at the evedence stated.  Now this guy is marked for life.  It is no wonder its everyone for themselves these days. You cannot even protect yourself or your neighbourhood without fear of prosecution.  Sad for real.
