ok, sorry I did not mean to step on any toes; but I have never heard of a wild life control permit. I know that if you are on private land that is totally enclosed then you can hunt/shoot anything on property as long as it is documented to keep track of species population. through all of my minor research it was determined that on Oahu which I live it is illegal to hunt at night!! therefore according to OP post you can use nightvision and thermal optics during normal hunting hours just not at night..Also can  You please shed light on the certain  circumstances and situations....... as I am not a DLNR or Departmant of Wildlife and Resources Officer
DLNR didn't get back to me it time for the killing to commence. No toes were stepped on, that's why I posted this topic so someone could shed some light and share some of there opinions.

I had a friend that had a nuisance pig that did a lot of damage to his yard. He called the DLNR and they sent someone with a cage trap to catch the pig. But after several weeks went by without catching the pig, he asked me if I could catch the pig. Since it was on his land and with DLNR approval, I set up my own traps. Caught the pig in 2 days. Since the pig was also wrecking all the neighbors yards, DLNR instructed me to leave a copy of my hunting license with my friend. Just in case the neighbors called HPD. But if you have any more unwanted, PM me.  :shaka:
L n L ill pm you if I have another problem also. :shaka:

Actually its already well taking care of.... me, couple of my friends, and 2 officers camped out and took care of the situation... i didn't use illumination. i used my night vision equipment. Trespassers should not be on my property, so i have the right to defend my property! and theres no hikers up there especially at night except me. they were a nuisance to my organic garden so i had to take action.. We made sure that the animals was in the kill zone on my property so that i can control where the bullet end up .. and I would like to thank the PD officers that i shared the meat with for hauling and returning with some awesome smoke meat!!!

OMG it's coming right at us!!!!
