Oh I should have said that these are built rifles I am moving to HI with if that makes any difference. Here in MN there is no requirement of serial #s, just that it meets or exceeds 922 requirements by the feds.

Thanks so much! I have been getting the run around with shippers. Can you describe your packaging of the ammo? I have all of mine packed into 30 cal or 50 cal US ammo cans. I have done some light searching on the 49 C.F.R. ยง 173.63 regs and I haven't found anything specific as to how it needs to be packaged on a pallet.
