Had the book, documentation, date of manufacture, all of it.

Showed them exactly in the book about >50 years.

Had 2 officers and their supervisor. They insisted it had to be on a specific line. Gave me a hard time about it.

Just stating my experience with it. Your mileage may vary.

Cause you know HPD always follows the rules.

As for citations, if you mean what qualifies as C&R, it's case by case.  Easiest criterion is age of firearm > 50 years.

In my experience HPD does not accept the >50 yr old allowance.
If it was not specifically on a line by make and model in the C&R list they would not accept the firearm as being a C&R.

Also had someone from HPD call twice asking the whereabouts of a C&R firearm and if I still had it in my possession.

This is HI!!!

If you had shot him for carjacking, immediately you’d be arrested and charged for murder. If not shot by HPD.

He would have been suddenly a good kid out of prison and looking to turn his life around.
A victim slaughtered by an evil concealed carrier.
This is why we can’t have individuals legally carrying guns.

Need to make an example out of you.

From 14 to 40 days to get permit.  Apparently for Mental Health background check.

Permit to aquire 6 approved instructors.

Liscence to Carry 46 approved instructors.

I can understand Xring not wanting handloads shot through their rentals. And no steel tips.
Maybe the smoke from lead indoors but jacketed handloads also?  Don’t see why they would care if you’re paying the annual fee.

Used to have lane rental fees and different subscription plans+ the 1200 a year for your own ammo.

Hand loads allowed?

Might have to stop by and check it out.
