Ive really enjoyed Krebs safety lever, think they call it a mark 7 or something. Filed bushing was required in all ak's except Vepr 12. little tedious but worth it. Also love the Alg Defense trigger, what a difference 49 dollars can make. Agree with others re circle 10 mags I'm 29 for 30 positive results, with only 1 clear .223 failing to feed at 5th rd left. Any ideas?? no worries!!
I rock simple cheap Bushnell trs 25's on all Ak's for now with different mounts. side rail equipped slr 107 FR sports kvar's  pr 01 beautiful and rock steady. Slr 106 F currently has Parabellum Armament rail system. looks great but false advertised as coming with rear dovetailed Glock sight. she go but now having machine screw strippage, big let down. I like standard grips, they work for me.
Kns precision makes great reduced front sight posts, think I have .072 ball that is primo for speedy acquisition. my 2 cents.
