I have the TS conversion kit for the G19 Gen 4.  It recommends using Blazers only.  I really like Blazer ammo.  Don't care for Remington and Federal but I have about 3000 rounds of it which I use in my Savage Mk ll.  I plan on only buying Blazers from now on.  I only shoot the 22s for fun and not serious target shooting.

Here is some cheap ammo I got from Honsport that worked well.  Shot the last of what I had.

Good video, I'm thinking of getting a .22 because everyone is telling me its super fun and super cheap.  IDK pistol or rifle yet.  Finally shot a 1911 for real this time and kind of leaning toward that now...

Early to mid 60's ammo from Australia. I collect .22 ammo boxes. If you have any empty boxes left I will be happy to buy a box from you.

I will look.  I might have thrown it away, but if I still have it I will give it to you.

Thanks! Either way you go, pistol or long gun in .22lr is good fun. I have them mostly to get new people into shooting, it worked on the girlfriend ;)

1911s are good fun too...been eyeing the RIA 1911 in 9mm for awhile.

Willing to trade for these, ammo included? The girlfriend won't let me run them through her Golden Boy :(

Will the .22 shorts even run through the Golden Boy? I already have some of the SuperX. And I only have one gun that will shoot shorts but I would like that box. If the ammo is still in really good shape (no corrosion, lube not hardened, bullets not swollen, bullets not stuck together), I'd be willing to trade you. Otherwise what you have is only worth the value of the box for the shorts for me. Let me know the condition of the ammo thru PM. Thanks!

I have a RIA 1911 9mm and it's a really nice gun. Don't shoot it that often, but more due to other interests at the moment. RIA are great guns, especially for the price.

Indeed they will - capped it out at 18 rounds down the mag with no feeding issues, although the hammer falling is as loud if not louder than the primer going off.

I have the same kit and so far it's eaten everything I've fired. SK pistol match,Norma TAC22-,Norma match,Eley pistol, CCI minimags, CCI SV,American Eagle,Federal blue box. I really like the upper super simple to swap the slide over ,picked a few extra mags up off of eBay........good to go :shaka:

Here we go, round 2 finally cut and uploaded! Definitely focused on trigger-finger discipline when not shooting and breathing which helped my flinching slightly.

Again, all constructive criticism welcome, and enjoy! Big thanks to G35soldier and Stangzilla for some of the new ammo used in this test.

I like the photo of the box in the lower right. You can borrow my chronograph. I've been using it to chrono my 1911-22.

Have you been finding that the recommended ammo works almost flawlessly? I say almost because I know .22 guns and ammo are not perfect. It looks like HV ammo worked better than SV, generally speaking. I appreciate you doing this testing as I was considering getting one of these.

Are you going to do an accuracy comparison with the better ammo?

Do thy have targets on that side of the range? I've never shot over there yet.

I finally got another G22 gen 2 slide after selling my old one.  Someone really wanted mine.  Took me 5 months to get a replacement and I got 2 more sets if someone is looking to buy one.

Started breaking mine in at the HRA event today.  Shot about 250 blazers through it.  Got 1 rnd that misfired, and 2 stovepipes (might just be my left hand shooting).  Haven't tried anything else.
