As her role on the finance committee increases, she is proposing a bill to decrease the wage gap.  Even though it doesn't exist.

I heard something on Fox that made a lot of sense.  If the mythical wage gap did exist (25% less than males), then every company in the nation would hire more females than males, because they would save 25% of payroll. 

The problem is many females are afraid to ask for more pay (considering male and female have equal work xp, personality, and education (but almost impossible)).  When my wife was looking for a job, she got a few call backs.  And each one that called back gave her the base salary.  And each time I told her ask them for more.  4 out of 5 jobs, they gave her more than what was offered.  And she didn't take it upon herself to ask, even after offer #5,  I had to tell her each time.

When I graduated UH, there was about 8 doctors who also graduated.  All 8 were male.  And my wife's year, there was only 1 and he was male also.

I'm starting to read comments from journalists wondering AOC might be a GOP "plant".
