Lets not forget about banning the flavored E-Cigs.  Because according to law makers it's the POG and other flavors that are attracting the youth to smoke E-cigs.

 Damn! POG flavored vapes? My Mom is rolling in her grave!

Why?
In 1972 my mom was tasked with formulating a new juice drink.
We had guava in the back yard and a Lilikoi vine on the side of the garage.
At that time I was a junior at Baldwin High so I became the taste tester.
Her formula became POG. But she was a staunch Mormon and would frown upon
 her invention being used for such a distasteful purpose.

Why don't they just hang loudspeakers off the helos and blare Wagners Ride of the Valkyries. It would definitely cancel the noise of the helicopters rotors
