Rep. William Lacy Clay, D-Mo., added to the mounting Democratic criticism of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., reportedly calling her, her chief of staff, and the group Justice Democrats "juvenile."

"Their ignorance is beyond belief," Clay, a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, reportedly said while in the Speaker's Lobby. His comments followed a feud between House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and freshman congresswomen, like Ocasio-Cortez, that involved racially-charged criticism.

Ocasio-Cortez's chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti, previously compared moderate Democrats to racists -- prompting Pelosi, at the request of some of her members, warn House Democrats not to attack each other on Twitter.

Clay wasn't the only one to attack Ocasio-Cortez on Thursday. "The View" hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg criticized her's and others' decision to attack Democrats like Pelosi. "I think this is more BS," Goldberg said of Ocasio-Cortez's comments on race.

That says a lot when even Behar and Whoopi are criticizing. . .

Anyone in Congress who thinks a former bartender & waitress' "ignorance is beyond belief" needs to spend a little more time outside their DC bubble.  Just because AOC & pals won an election doesn't mean they were qualified for the job, nor that they magically became qualified on upon swearing in. 

Pandering to their bases seems to be their only skillset.  At some point, "Orange Man Bad", "Impeachment", "RUSSIA!!!," "Illegals are citizens, too!" and "Free Shit for all" will crumble beneath the weight of reality -- that Congress has solved no real problems.

Given the horrible performance of Congress in the last 50 years, I'm not sure "ignorant Freshman" is any worse than "life-long Swamp critter".  At least AOC is forcing the incumbents to take a stance on issues like illegal immigration that are more honest than before. No way would anyone have publicly promised universal healthcare for illegals while Obama was in office.  We all know that was the plan, but they now have to be honest about their objectives.

For being so Anti-2a the Democrats sure make a mean circular firing squad. Barring any black swans it looks increasingly like Trump will cruise into a second term.

I have no doubts that could be the case.  Maybe a function of AOC being so outspoken and wants attention, that the scrutiny she receives puts her idiocy in the spotlight.  But yeah, I can see other swamp critters doing that on the sly and behind the scenes and in the shadows. 

This is how AOC got all her votes, she's in the spot light in social media.  Problem is people in NY were dumb enough to vote for someone solely on charisma and it cost them jobs (Amazon fail).  And the same people only follow her edited accounts, no real accounts that counter what she's saying/doing. (Sheeple)

And because the DNC controls the media, no fake news is saying that she's a hypocrite.  She voted against funding for the border that would have helped the illegals more.  So she screams we need to help them, but votes against it.  And if IIRC, there was 1 like bill that she didn't even bother to show up to.

She gets cuter when she says dumb stuff because I know she will fall for the "just the tip" line.  But when almost crying, not a turn on.

I'm on the fence of her running mate that woman from Jamaica.  Because years ago, she did tweet that she supports many of Obama's policies.  I think she's a RINO.  But maybe she was awoken since then and changed her views.  Time will tell.
