Finally had the time to read this report. If there was ever a question whether election tampering existed or not, and in the numbers necessary to change the election, I would say it is all here in this report. Time for the DOJ to do their job and make some arrests.

I know. If there was any way to block Trump it will be by the RINO’s. I don’t believe there enough of them. But who knows. And Mitch McConnell is trying to convince all senators to note vote for a contested election. 

So does anyone here think Trump might declare Limited Martial Law? I think he has the right to now.

If he manages to pull off a win in the final seconds, I could see him having to do something like Martial Law to stop rioters.

Nobody was boarding up windows before the election in case Trump lost.  Just sayin'.

The Constitution provides a remedy for a contested election.  Of course, the Congress has to vote to agree that the results were not sufficient to legitimately and cleanly determine the winner.  If they do, the House picks the President, and the Senate picks the VP.

If Congress doesn't act on Jan 6th to do just that, then Martial Law would be Executive overreach IMHO. 

Without Congress on his side in this quagmire, he probably would not want to live through the next 4 years with that Congress should he manage to keep office without their help.

And it would fit perfectly. We've seen the inaction of many cities for looting and rioting.  Trump offered help, but none took it until weeks/months.  So this way if he does win and implements martial law to squash any rioting/looting, he has good justification.  "I gave these governors a chance back in July when Floyd died and they did nothing for a very, very long time.  Weeks, even months.  I don't want to see our great country burn at the hands of these rioters/looters".  I added in 2 very's because I think that's what Trump would say.
