On a side note there is progress on the Dominion Voting Machine Audit here in Maricopa County. The legislature is in the process of picking two audit companies to do the complete (read real) audits. They are using two different companies to be fair because they feel if both companies do a thorough job they will come up with similar results. All of this after the state AG had to be threatened with being arrested if they didn’t turn over the machines and all the data. What do they have to hide?

Dominion was helping some states run the counting.

Who would know better how to cheat and cover up the evidence?

There have already been at least 3 people working with Dominion who testified about shady behavior and unexplained, unobserved counting of ballots.

Unfortunately, the state workers and Dominion had free access to all materials all this time.  If the evidence exists, it'll be gone soon.

The #1 defense against any libel or slander (defamation) case is THE TRUTH.  Guilliani did not make accusations on his own.  He has sworn affidavits from witnesses that are the basis for his accusations as well as video and audio recordings.  Can't successfully sue anyone for defamation if the accusations are based on fact.

I should say both,  He also wrote many disparaging things against Dominion.  You say fact, I say fiction.  Still no proof in courts.  Also Georgia tends to disprove his falsehoods and yet he continued to defame Dominion.  And even if you don't include that,  the court cases all lost, the ones with dominion involved, and all government investigations did as well, that I know of.  I will amend my statement.  Dominion should win against Guilliani for Libel and Slander.

They are both forms of defamation. Sure, you are correct on the terminology but that doesn't affect whether Dominion has a strong case for defamation or not.

Turnabout is fair play, since he's stated more than once that he's on here to call out others' posts as fake news, lies, and incorrect.  He needs a taste of his own medicine, but given the number of doses he's required already, we should have bought the Costco case -- would have been cheaper.
