I have an elderly (80+) Dr. friend who is at home.
Known this strong, wise, hard business man for over 30 years.

His children and grand children follow an EXTREMELY STRICT protocol when visiting him as well as in their daily lives to keep him "safe".
Masks at all times, even at home, physical distancing, hand sanitizer at the entrance of all homes, no physical contact, etc....
Last month when one of his grand daughters arrived for a visit, he got up, removed his mask and hugged her.
Then this man, one of the mentally strongest I've known in my life broke down in tears upon making physical contact with another human being, something that has not happened in months.

Tell me the cure is not worse than the disease.
