Nobody answered my question either.
For those "concerned citizens" who want unvaccinated people to go to the back of the line in regards to medical care, are you volunteering to go to the back of the line if vaccine side effects start clogging up the hospitals?
Are you ready to take a bite of that same feces sandwich that you want us to swallow?
If someone overdoses attempting to commit suicide, the ER doesn't take less serious cases ahead of him/her based on the degree of responsibility they had in their condition.
Medical care is always prioritized by severity and resources. That's how it works.
Anyone pushing some idiotic change that penalizes people who intentionally OR UNINTENTIONALLY contributed to their own urgent health problems needs to go to church, or at the very least take a class on medical ethics.
People holding off on the vaccine FOR THE MOST PART are just not comfortable with the wishy-washy, incompetent way the government has tried to roll it out. None of us are trying to kill anyone else (not "infringing on the rights of others"). We want to live and be healthy. We also want to protect everyone else from getting sick if the measures to do so are reasonable and effective.
My 30+ yr old daughter just had her first shot last week. She experienced minor fever, aches, and a general feeling of fatigue and "blah".
I've yet to take it, but I'm getting closer to making the leap.
We do all the social distance, mask in public, wash the hands stuff, so no different than the REST of the time we've been doing our part.
So, ppl like OmniGrub need to stop assigning motives, feelings and names to those of us making OUR OWN DECISIONS based on the same information he has. Most people here haven't ragged on him for making the choice he did, but rather for trying to force the rest of us into choosing the same thing.
He was given the CHOICE to take the vaccine. Why can't he give the rest of us the same freedom to choose for ourselves? #RHETORICAL
Not looking for yet another regurgitated reply from him. We've heard it all before over and over.
