The investigation has started. Desantis better get a criminal defense attorney. Now the migrants can file a case for a U visa as victims of human trafficking. A case like this could take 7 years. So now we have kidnapping, human trafficking charges that can be investigated.

Imagine if there was an active shooter where 50 people died, how much media attention it would receive and for how many weeks/months it would receive it for.  But 50 illegals die in the back of a truck gets minimal media coverage.

Human trafficking victims sign consent forms. Tell Desantis to publish a copy of what they signed and by the way lets interview the person that collected the signatures and investigate the circumstances surrounding the collection of these forms. Do you have a copy the form they signed?

For those traveling from Venezuela or anywhere else in Central and South America, that safe country would be no later than Mexico.

So, no!!  Entering the US after traveling through Mexico is ILLEGAL.

Nobody who is a citizen of Mexico can seek asylum as a refugee, because they are not being subjected to circumstances that qualify.

Yep.  "Asylum" and "refugee" were "magic words" being coached to illegal aliens, so when they cross ILLEGALLY into the US, they can remain until they receive a hearing.

The class members were targeted and induced to board airplanes and cross state lines under false pretenses.
