You have lost track of the conversation and have no idea what you are talking about. What country are you in?

Back on topic so some unarmed people are trespassing on your property and you going to shoot them? Got a clue? Please read the words below "unarmed". He claimed he only fired a warning shot.

"Kelly is accused of fatally shooting Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, an unarmed 48-year-old migrant from Nogales, Mexico. Prosecutors have said Kelly had no basis for intentionally or recklessly firing an AK-47 rifle toward eight or so unarmed migrants about 80 to 100 yards (meters) away."

WTF are 'unarnmed people?"  You mean probable border jumpers which could be anything from drug runners, human traffickers or illegal aliens?  If they had anything with them that could be used as a bludgeon or stabbing weapon, they were not "unarmed."  More likely "less well armed" compared to the rancher.   :geekdanc:

How does the prosecutor know all 8 were unarmed?  Because the ILLEGAL ALIENS told him?  Is it not possible that the armed men evaded the rancher and the unarmed people were too scared to run after hearing shots?

So far, no surprises.  You don't know what happened, just want to parrot what the prosecutor wants the jury to know.

There's no actual evidence the rancher fired on unarmed people, just testimony from SOME of the people he shot at.

So people driving by in the back of a pickup with weapons and you are going to shoot them for no reason? We need more people like you in Texas. Seriously, you make me believe that we do need more firearm regulation/education/background checks. I did not think that way until I found this forum. You've changed my belief to where I support the current Hawaii laws and think we may need to do more. Your activism is working against you.
Nothing u posted is in the reply. Wow, someone is still seeing things that arent there.

No evidence

No evidence?

You do realize that the government has to find evidence of someone's guilty and not the other way around. The government doesn't get to take you to court and tell you to prove your innocence otherwise you are guilty.

So what is the evidence that the rancher fired without any legal justification?

Maybe the Democrats follow a different set of rules when the defendant is someone they hate:

The pelosi's and the biden's of the political world are perfect examples of what happens when career politicians go unchecked.

The knife blade becomes dull when it goes unchallenged.  Accountability for actions and deeds go out the window.

The reasons Democrats aren't prosecuted as often is because they don't commit the crimes. If they had they would be indicted.

Amazing the people here proclaim innocent until proven guilty yet believe that it is okay to murder an unarmed trespasser.

What world do you live in?

Clinton Scandals: A Guide From Whitewater To The Clinton Foundation

https://www.npr.org/2016/06/12/481718785/clinton-scandals-a-guide-from-whitewater-to-the-clinton-foundation

Whitewater, 1992

Travelgate, 1993

Vince Foster Death, 1993

Paula Jones/Monica Lewinsky, 1994

Filegate, 1996

Benghazi, 2012

Clinton Foundation, 2015

Private Email Server, 2015

The story was written in 2016 before the Russia collusion hoax that was designed to smear Trump and divert attention from her illegal mail server.

The story was also before the "tarmac meeting" between  USAG Lynch and Bill Clinton just days before Lynch was to announce the outcome of the email server investigation.

Then there are the lies before Congress about her classified emails, destruction of evidence while it was under subpoena, destruction of government records, destruction of government property (smashed tablets and Blackberry devices), copies of her classified emails found on Anthony Weiner's laptop, etc, etc, etc.

Then add in Epstein's "suicide" and the trips Bill took to pedophile island.

Yeah, those Democrats are so much more law-abiding and ethical than the Republicans.  And this list is only about TWO Democrats -- a former Governor & President and his First Lady, who was also a Senator, Secretary of State, and close to becoming President herself.

See the system works when if they break they law they are prosecuted.

https://www.staradvertiser.com/2021/03/31/hawaii-news/house-panel-suspends-state-rep-sharon-har-dui-inquiry/

Har is scheduled to appear in criminal court April 20 on suspicion of operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant and for driving without insurance.Har (D, Kapolei-Makakilo) was arrested on the night of Feb. 22 after she was seen driving in the wrong direction on one-way South Beretania Street in Honolulu. Police reports indicated her eyes appeared red and glassy, her speech slightly slurred and that there was a smell of alcohol.

https://www.hawaiipublicradio.org/local-news/2022-01-10/judge-dismisses-dui-charges-against-legislative-representative-sharon-har

HONOLULU — A judge on Monday acquitted a Hawaiʻi lawmaker charged with driving under the influence after police saw her driving the wrong way down a major Honolulu thoroughfare.

State Rep. Sharon Har pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence and went to trial. Her trial before a judge began on Dec. 6, 2021, and resumed Monday, Jan. 10.

After the prosecution rested, her attorney, Howard Luke, sought an acquittal, which he said the judge granted.

Honolulu prosecutors said they are disappointed by the ruling.

The two other charges against Har were dismissed previously, Luke said. A charge of driving the wrong way on a one-way street was dismissed because of a defect in the citation and a charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed because Har wasn't able to pull it up on her phone when she was pulled over but was later able to prove she had insurance, Luke said.

The officer who pulled Har over said he saw her driving the wrong way down Beretania Street in February 2021.

If it's true you should provide the evidence to a grand jury and have them indicted. The problem is you have no evidence and you are unable to cobble together a grand jury willing to indict. Sounds like you don't have any justification for your claims.

Did you even bother to read the story at the link you posted and look at the outcomes?
