Congress will probably be the only avenue of getting to the truth.
We cannot expect the media to tell people the truth. The days of being able to trust the press for the truth are long gone.

History is replete with criminals being smart enough to insulate themselves from law enforcement in areas where the stakes are extremely high. It's often the small potatoes that get those people caught and convicted. Once that happens, the criminal's life is turned upside down because the investigators now have probable cause to search homes and computers, freeze bank accounts, etc.  Leverage is often needed to get evidence of the bigger crimes.

There is no way they could ever secure a conviction for prostitution after the fact on a case like this. The photo alone is proof of nothing other than they were naked together. Neither the prostitute nor Hunter Biden is going to come forward and say "we exchanged sex for money" unless they are complete idiots so good luck on ever proving prostitution.

Then there is that pesky fact that prostitution is not a federal crime meaning that the FBI would never bother to investigate a photo of Joe Biden with a prostitute alone.

You don't seem to understand what goes into a prosecution to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt. We can all sit here and know full well he was engaged in prostitution, but that's not how things work in court. MTG's evidence doesn't amount to a smoking gun. And even if it did it isn't going to go anywhere because it isn't a federal crime. They couldn't charge him with prostitution if he admitted to sleeping with a 100 prostitutes.
