I agree.

One thing that keeps playing in my head, though.  When the bullet missed and Trump ducked down behind the podium, the cosplay secret service did their usual "human shield" maneuver.

But one of the cute, soft, and chubby lady agents voice was caught on audio saying:

"What are we doing?"  "Where are we going?"

Strange to me.  These things are part of the "what if's" safety protocol actions that are taken on every event that secret service is on.  They should all know what to do.  And where to go.

It's almost as if they were caught off guard.  Caught off guard?  Nonsense.  Not Secret Service.

Right?........Right? :shake:
It took way too long for the human shields to deploy.

The story I've heard is the female agent saying, "What are we doing?" isn't part of the regular security detail.  She was an additional security person assigned for the event -- not someone who trained with the security detail.

So, not surprising she was unsure what the team planned to do next.

I can neither confirm nor deny.

Ground level?

If so, how do you see on top of a roof that you're directly adjacent to?

Bruh….  Did you even watch the video that YOU posted?

Forget it.

Forget it.

Do you want to just insult me, or are you willing to discuss the particulars of your comments?

If you can't explain it, then I understand why you're mad.  But don't take it out on me.

I've posted videos and pictures to illustrate what I'm saying.  Do you need help doing that?

i want to avoid arguing or debating the details if we're not on the same page.  Don't get angry just because I'm asking for clarification.

A man and wife agreed to meet at the escalator at the mall for a lunch date.  Neither had a cell phone (this was before everyone carried a cell).

After wasting their lunch hours and getting angry the other didn't show, they finally called each others' offices.

Him:  "Why didn't you show up?  I waited for 45 minutes!"

Her:  "What do you mean me?  I was there!  You're the one that didn't show!"

Once they calmed down, they finally realized "the mall" could mean one of two different malls.  Both went to the mall they were closer to not realizing the mall could be a different one.

After agreeing to try it again, they made plans the next day.

Once again, the two returned to their offices without eating lunch together.

This time they discovered that they had parked at opposite ends of the mall, and they were waiting at different escalators.  50/50 shot, and they each picked different ones!

So, it's not a given that everything you think you're explaining is 100% perfectly clear and in sync with the other person's understanding.

If you don't even want to try, then forget it.

Betty Crocker......LOL!

She does look scrumptious.

I'm all for women holding positions that were male dominated.  Got no problem with that.

But this is how I see it.  Meet the Standard(s).  The Standard(s) do not accommodate you.

And when I surf cross-fit, exercise, and fitness videos, I believe women can do the job.

It looks like the gov't gave President Trump the F Troop of Secret Service.  And on that day the inevitable happened.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

Supposedly there was intel, way ahead, that threat risk for Trump was escalating quickly.  So top assigns the bottom of the barrel, plus the best of the rest?   ???

On another front. Putin is already considering peace talks if Trump is re-elected.
Wow, which side of the aisle is for peace, strength, and borders? Which is for war, chaos, and invasion?  Kind of nuts

On the note of the theory that Trump planned the whole thing and the shot through the ear from a world class bench rested sniper.

I think that’s pretty bad ass. Risking death to attempt to save this country? Mean da scoop.

The world class bench rested shooters range must be very close to drive to, so he can practice all the time.

If there was a police counter sniper team in that window, why didn’t they look over to see the shooter right there to the left?

in the hearing today (1:36:01).

As I understand it, the Butler County ESU unit was situated on the second floor of the building next to it,
but they didn't have a clear line of sight of the roof -- the angle was too severe.

Does that explain it for you?

Yes. With the same clarity as, “we didn’t put a counter sniper team on that particular roof because the angle was too severe.  That would be unsafe…”

Different question entirely.

The SecSvc Director seems to know less about the events that day than ABC News.
