they are saying that dorner did a cabin invasion and tied up 2 people living there
one escaped and called authorities
gunfire reportedly exchanged and dorner is attempting to escape in a stolen car

They say they are "pretty sure" it was him.  Next to the charred body they found a wallet with his CA driver's license.  Apparently, only the body got charred and not the wallet with the license.

So the LAPD which seemingly had open season on trucks for a day is now issuing execution orders? Worse yet, they only "believe" it was him so they continued their trend of not identifying their target. For all we know this is a coverup and they burned a corpse to [insert conspiracy theory here].
