I practice shooting from my driveway into my garage at a target everyday.

Went to range today with son. Had a guy with a strong accent come and start telling us if we could shoot 1 handed. He kept telling me that me and my son should shoot 1 handed. He was there with 2 other guys. Kept asking me if that was a 357. He then proceeded to ask me if he could shoot it with his own ammo. I decided to leave.
He then asked if he could hold it. Not wanting to be rude I agreed. I don’t know why he kept pushing my son should try 1 handed. Seems like he wanted to prove something. If he reloads then why would he need to shoot someone else’s gun. The revolver is a common ruger. Weird.

I reached out to them but said that their tig is out of commission. Anyone have experience with Red Letter Industries
If you know how much ammo you have, you don't have enough.
My rule is a thousand rounds per gun minimum.
Nothing. I’m over it. It’s going to be a shit show just like permits were.
I agree--I'll probably wait a while two see how everything pans out.
However when we get to sound intensity, or what the difference in energy really is, it's around 25 times. 25 times the damage your ears are receiving with a brake compared to no brake. This is why it's important to keep distance between shooters or use double hearing protection.
And obviously this person seemed like a "Karen". Definitely anti-gun. Started ranting about how Hawaii will change forever and that every person with a gun is a murderous, blood thirsty, mass shooter.
And I've stated here before that I am a "below the radar" type of guy. I believe that when it comes to firearms, the less people know about me the better. I believe no one needs to know I'm packing heat if or when I decide to apply for a license and do so.
Anyway I said nothing. Corrected her a couple of times about the subject when it was obvious she got the information wrong about CCW rules and regulations as set forth by the Chief. But otherwise tried to remain as neutral as possible. Everyone is entitled to their opinions.
I did tell her I believe in the Constitution of the United States and left it at that. After a while the conversation drifted to something else. I think she sensed I didn't agree with her when I stated about the constitution.
This was an in-law by the way. So not a stranger but "family". Even in my family, only my immediate family knows about my firearms ownership. And they vowed to respect my request about my firearm ownership anonymity.
How would you guys handle this kind of situation?
I was looking at the pelican or Eylar.
